The Home Preferred Plus cash-assistance layer is secured by a second mortgage with no interest and no periodic payments, and it becomes due in full if the buyer prepays or refinances the first mortgage, sells or transfers the property, files bankruptcy, or stops using the property as a primary residence.
How do you apply?
