Do you repay it?
If Peach Advantage assistance is used, DCA documents it as a 0% interest deferred non-forgivable second mortgage with no monthly payment. The second mortgage becomes due when the home is sold, the first mortgage is refinanced, or the property is no longer owner-occupied as the borrower's principal residence.
How do you apply?
Complete the required homebuyer education, contact a Georgia Dream participating lender for prequalification, and have the lender originate the conventional first mortgage and any selected Peach Advantage assistance tier through the DCA program workflow.
